Responsibilities
- Make calls and send emails to customers with overdue payments
- Negotiate and motivate customers to repay their debts
- Interview customers regarding the reasons for their payment delays
- Constantly monitor payment agreements
- Find and update debtor data
- Register information in software systems
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Work experience in collections or customer service
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to solve problems, handle conflicts, and negotiate
- Confidence and an internal drive to achieve results
