Responsibilities

  • Make calls and send emails to customers with overdue payments
  • Negotiate and motivate customers to repay their debts
  • Interview customers regarding the reasons for their payment delays
  • Constantly monitor payment agreements
  • Find and update debtor data
  • Register information in software systems
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Work experience in collections or customer service
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems, handle conflicts, and negotiate
  • Confidence and an internal drive to achieve results
