Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collections efforts
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, resolution actions, and follow-up activities
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and usage discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues related to invoices, payments, and account balances
• Access NetSuite to retrieve and analyze invoice data to ensure billed amounts align with contract terms
• Utilize Salesforce to review customer contracts and ensure accurate understanding of billing terms and conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in NetSuite
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
