About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate collection of delinquent accounts
- Handle high volume of outgoing and incoming collection calls
- Reconcile customer disputes regarding outstanding balances
- Communicate and follow up effectively with customers and branch personnel
- Meet portfolio, departmental, and company goals
- Navigate multiple technologies while maintaining customer engagement
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong foundation in Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of related experience in accounts receivable
