Collections Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Recover overdue payments from hotel partners via phone calls and emails
• Negotiate repayment plans and mutually acceptable solutions to ensure dues are paid per contractual terms
• Meet monthly assigned collection and outreach targets
• Establish contact with hotel owners and management personnel to resolve outstanding balances
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to verify and accurately record payments in the system
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to automate manual processes and enhance collection rates
• Assist with operational activities, including the preparation of reports and data submissions

Requirements

• 1 to 8 years of experience in debt collection
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and decisive approach
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
