Responsibilities

• Manage collections of assigned portfolios by executing strategies and negotiating payments, restructuring, and settlements
• Contact delinquent customers via calls and emails to drive collections and maintain relations
• Engage with Sales stakeholders to resolve disputes and contract issues impacting collections
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, forecasts, and analysis on delinquent customers
• Identify opportunities for process, procedure, or tool improvements
• Handle special projects and support team members as required

Requirements

• Experience in SME collections function
• Ability to work with targets and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to be polite and compassionate while maintaining confidence
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field
