About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage collection activities via telephone calls, emails, and house visits
  • Achieve daily productivity standards for call attempts and customer promises to pay
  • Apply negotiation strategies to recover overdue outstanding amounts
  • Analyze errant cases to recommend and initiate appropriate courses of action
  • Update the collection system immediately following all collection activities
  • Generate reminders for outstanding payments

Requirements

  • Experience in collections, accounts receivables, contact center, or customer service
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage
