About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage collection activities via telephone calls, emails, and house visits
- Achieve daily productivity standards for call attempts and customer promises to pay
- Apply negotiation strategies to recover overdue outstanding amounts
- Analyze errant cases to recommend and initiate appropriate courses of action
- Update the collection system immediately following all collection activities
- Generate reminders for outstanding payments
Requirements
- Experience in collections, accounts receivables, contact center, or customer service
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage
