Collections Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and own the full overdue customer lifecycle, creating intelligent and empathetic recovery journeys.
• Develop messaging strategies, tone of voice, and communication frameworks across multiple channels.
• Implement behavioral incentives and product experiences that encourage repayment without coercion.
• Build predictive models, segmentation strategies, and AI-powered automation workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Risk, and Brand teams.
• Establish testing frameworks to continuously optimize recovery performance and customer experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in collections, recovery, or delinquency management within the fintech or lending industry.
• Strong understanding of collections operations, strategy, and recovery economics.
• Proven experience designing collections flows, segmentation, and customer treatment strategies.
• Familiarity with predictive modeling, risk signals, and behavioral analytics.
• Experience managing digital communication channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and email.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
