Collections & Claims Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely claims analysis and settlement with customers
• Ensure customer accounts are compliant and fully reconciled
• Manage open items and aged balances to resolve disputes and mitigate collection risks
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and logistics teams to address open actions
• Participate in monthly meetings with leadership to provide updates on opportunities and risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivables, collections, or claims management
• Active SOCPA membership
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent and impactful communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and manage various ad hoc issues effectively
• Strong business acumen and a passion for high performance
