Collections Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of junior Collections Analysts to foster a high-performance culture.
• Create and monitor monthly cash collection targets aligned with business goals.
• Analyze aging, overdue balances, and collection trends to proactively address cash flow risks.
• Act as the escalation point for complex, aged, or high-risk disputes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in Sales, Billing, Customer Support, and Finance to resolve collection roadblocks.
• Prepare regular reports on cash performance, dispute status, and productivity.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the Collections department.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Credit & Collections.
• Proven experience in people management and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes and dispute management.
• Deep understanding of the order-to-cash (O2C) cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and collection metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
