Collections Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection of outstanding customer payments within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team
• Contact customers via phone and email to ensure timely payments based on aging reports
• Manage customer payments, handle deductions, and resolve disputes
• Escalate issues to local Finance and Operations teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment statuses and complete reconciliations
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance collection workflows

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Ability to manage customer communications via phone and email
• Strong attention to detail for record maintenance and reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
• Previous experience working with international B2B customers
