About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage collection of outstanding customer payments as part of the Order to Cash (O2C) team
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to ensure timely payments based on aging reports
- Collaborate with the O2C team to manage customer payments, deductions, and dispute resolution
- Escalate issues to local finance and operations teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer payment statuses and complete reconciliations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance collection processes and ensure policy compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachiller académico) required
- Technical, technological, or professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (desirable)
- Previous experience with international B2B customers (preferred)
