Collections Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate vigorously in the collection of outstanding receivables through calls and other communications
• Enforce policies and procedures related to payments, cancellations, and service suspensions
• Provide customer service regarding refunds, payment discrepancies, tax forms, and account statements
• Monitor and maintain assigned territories, including performing reconciliations and adjustments
• Collaborate with Sales, Order Management, and Client Relations to resolve issues preventing payment
• Report customer status through account reviews and stakeholder meetings
• Assist in maintaining accurate customer contact information and support the global Credit and Collections team

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work full-time from 9 am to 6 pm (or earlier)

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, or billing
