About the role
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the US-based Revenue Accounting team to ensure invoices are available for review and distribution
- Distribute invoices and upload credit memos into online customer portals
- Monitor and maintain the team email inbox
- Update tracking spreadsheets for daily cash receipts and produce monthly cash receipt forecasts
- Provide first-line support for invoice revisions, including address changes and PO updates
- Provide statements of account and invoice copies to customers
- Manage collections responsibilities for selected clients
- Collaborate with Client Support Managers, Project Managers, and Sales Support teams
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in MS Word
- Experience using Oracle Financials
- Strong financial background
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Additional language skills are an advantage
