About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage upwards of 100 calls daily, providing comprehensive support for various financial products
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through empathetic and respectful communication
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently to interpret customer needs and deliver insights
- Follow all regulatory and departmental practices and procedures diligently
- Solve problems and present effective solutions to customers in a fast-paced call center environment
- Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals and drive business success
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer interaction (phone or face-to-face settings)
- Strong communication, negotiation, information gathering, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to multitask across different systems
- Ability to manage complex interactions with composure, empathy, and sound judgment
- High school graduate, K-12 graduate, or completed at least 2 years of college
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Developing ability to use data to understand business issues and opportunities
- Developing skills in using AI technology for automation and prompt writing
