Collection & Product Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and collection development in collaboration with the CEO and Artistic Direction.
• Supervise the entire product development cycle, including material sourcing, prototyping, fittings, and technical validations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and production factories, specifically in Asia and China, to ensure quality and deadline compliance.
• Optimize production costs through rigorous pricing follow-up and supplier negotiations.
• Structure and coordinate product and development teams within a high-growth environment.
• Implement efficient processes to optimize collection tracking and inter-departmental communication.
• Contribute to the international expansion and e-commerce growth of the brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in textile product development, collection management, or product direction within the fashion, luxury, or premium sectors.
• Proven expertise in textile materials, development, and production processes.
• Extensive and confirmed experience managing factories and production partners in Asia, particularly China.
• Strong skills in supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with PLM systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
