Collection Network Administrator

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for collecting officers and partners, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Maintain and update Field Service Management (FSM) systems and user records
• Review and resolve discrepancies in collection data and manage call-out information
• Coordinate with field staff and Regional Team Leaders to ensure compliance with operational processes
• Provide general administrative support, including communications, reporting, and record-keeping
• Assist with onboarding and documentation for new collecting officers
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network operations and data accuracy

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in payroll processing or finance administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Experience with FSM systems is desirable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
