Collection MIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS framework for Collection function
• Ensure all reporting and dashboards are timely updated with 100% accuracy
• Analyze historical data to set monthly collection targets for teams and individuals
• Calculate and review monthly incentives to ensure accuracy and fairness
• Support operation team with day-to-day tools
• Work in collaboration with collection strategy, operations, and risk management teams to align MIS outputs with business needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or analytics roles within financial services
• Experience in collections, capacity planning, or target calculation preferred
• Familiarity with collection management systems platforms
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
