Collection Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct sensitive debriefings with senior-level managers for FI purposes
• Develop and write authoritative intelligence collection and reporting policies, procedures, and guidance
• Manage and conduct intelligence debriefings of overt HUMINT sources
• Review, coordinate, and approve the dissemination of sensitive raw intelligence
• Provide expert guidance to collectors on intelligence collection and report writing tradecraft
• Develop and manage intelligence reporting use metrics
• Apply knowledge of complex foreign intelligence service modus operandi to mission objectives

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Geopolitical or National Security studies
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in strategic-level intelligence report writing
• Experience in collection management regarding advanced science, technology, or cybersecurity
• Strong leadership, coaching, and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field
• Experience with a primary USIC agency
• Specialized area or country expertise
• Formal HUMINT tradecraft training
