About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of Business Partner Collection (BPC / Field Collector) in the field
- Recap and record data from BPC field performance results
- Provide assistance, guidance, and instructions for collection goals to BPCs in the field
- Coordinate with BM and AM regarding BPC performance and meeting collection goals in specific points or areas
- Coordinate and report on BPC development regarding administration, discipline, and performance to superiors
- Coordinate overall BPC activities at the point with Regional People Partner and Team Lead
- Analyze BPC process flows and supporting factors for performance and coordinate with Team Lead
- Perform targeting and activity analysis for BPCs and coordinate with Team Lead
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of field work experience
- Previous role as Team Leader, Coordinator, or Supervisor
- Strong ethics, work ethic, and target orientation
- Proven track record of good work performance
- Willingness to travel and be stationed throughout Central Sulawesi
