About the role
Responsibilities
- Work on on-account balances for assigned portfolios
- Research and implement effective collection techniques
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts
- Reconcile client accounts and cash applications as necessary
- Provide customer service to resolve collection issues and ensure payment of past due balances
- Manage and resolve assigned support tickets in a timely manner
- Perform other duties necessary to support accounts receivable operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in accounts receivable
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Highradius
- Experience using Workday
