Collection Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work on on-account balances for assigned portfolios
• Research and implement effective collection techniques
• Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts
• Reconcile client accounts and cash applications as necessary
• Provide customer service to resolve collection issues and ensure payment of past due balances
• Manage and resolve assigned support tickets in a timely manner
• Perform other duties necessary to support accounts receivable operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in accounts receivable
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Highradius
• Experience using Workday
