Responsibilities

• Manage change projects to help the organization achieve strategic objectives, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to embed new ways of working.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to create psychological safety and drive effective organizational design.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Use data and flow-metrics to analyze process efficiency and cycle times.
• Advise senior management on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignment.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SAFe and Agile frameworks.
• Advanced coaching capabilities, including listening, observing, questioning, and providing effective feedback.
• Proficiency in systems thinking with the ability to identify anti-patterns and systemic organizational issues.
• Proficiency in data and flow-metrics (e.g., process efficiency, cycle time analysis).
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to act as a cultural shaper with a proactive mindset toward organizational improvement.
• Experience guiding teams toward maturity and supporting long-term transformational outcomes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and create environments of psychological safety.
