Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors, VIPs, and event delegates
- Build genuine relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
- Handle enquiries confidently in person, over the phone, and via email
- Maintain a polished, organised, and efficient front-of-house environment
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless workplace experience
- Uphold the highest standards of customer care and personal service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role is essential
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to use your initiative
- A warm, positive attitude and the ability to build rapport effortlessly
