Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors, VIPs, and event delegates
• Build genuine relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
• Handle enquiries confidently in person, over the phone, and via email
• Maintain a polished, organised, and efficient front-of-house environment
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless workplace experience
• Uphold the highest standards of customer care and personal service

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role is essential
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to use your initiative
• A warm, positive attitude and the ability to build rapport effortlessly
