Collaborative AI Platform Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee AI licensing within the organization, including assignment control, usage monitoring, and policy compliance to optimize costs and resource availability.
• Supervise and report AI usage metrics directly from Microsoft 365 consoles, utilizing surveys and user follow-ups to promote responsible adoption and process improvement.
• Analyze and evaluate market AI solutions, comparing capabilities and benefits to implement use cases that drive innovation and cost reduction.
• Provide technical support for AI solutions within Microsoft 365, managing incidents and configurations to ensure tools meet end-user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar administrative or technical roles.
• Proficiency in Technical English.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
• Expertise in document control and knowledge of IT laws and regulations.
• Availability for occasional travel.
