Collaboration Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical audio-visual support for meetings, presentations, and collaboration technologies.
• Set up, install, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, and laptops.
• Support live events such as townhall meetings and webinars.
• Perform sound checks and provide standby support for video conferences and dry runs.
• Manage room scheduling software and maintain an inventory of technology supplies.
• Log AV fault tickets with vendors and liaise through to resolution.
• Act as a second-level technical resource to resolve customer problems and provide leadership to local IS resources.
• Maintain the operational availability of technology-related equipment including laptops, desktops, and network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of technical or AV support experience.
• Experience providing IS support in a Legal or Professional Services environment.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Zoom (including Zoom Rooms) and/or MS Teams.
• Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with audio-visual technologies such as Crestron, Q-SYS, or Extron.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and prioritize multiple projects under deadline pressure.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
