Collaboration Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment and collaboration technologies including Zoom, Cisco Rooms, and MS Teams
• Provide technical support for live events, townhall meetings, and webinars, including managing projectors, screens, and microphones
• Perform sound checks and dry runs for video conferences to resolve potential equipment issues
• Provide stand-by support for high-stakes conferences and video conferences
• Manage room scheduling software and maintain an inventory of conference room technology supplies
• Log AV fault tickets with vendors and liaise through to resolution
• Act as a second-level technical resource to resolve customer problems and provide leadership to local IS resources

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of technical or AV support experience
• Experience with audio-visual technologies (such as Crestron, Q-SYS, or Extron)
• Experience with Zoom (including Zoom Rooms) and/or MS Teams
• Experience providing IS support in a Legal or Professional Services environment
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with clients and co-workers under deadline pressure with diplomacy and professionalism
• Ability to work overtime as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing equipment
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Office 365 preferred)
