About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical audio-visual support for meetings, presentations, and live events such as townhalls and webinars
- Set up, install, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment and collaboration technologies including Zoom, Cisco Rooms, and MS Teams
- Perform sound checks and provide standby support for video conferences to ensure seamless execution
- Manage conference room equipment inventory and order necessary supplies like chargers, adapters, and batteries
- Administer room scheduling software and log AV fault tickets with vendors through to resolution
- Act as a second-level technical resource to resolve customer problems and provide leadership to local IS resources
- Maintain operational availability of technology-related equipment including laptops, desktops, and network infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of technical or AV support experience
- Experience with Zoom (including Zoom Rooms) or MS Teams
- Experience with audio-visual technologies such as Crestron, Q-SYS, or Extron
- Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing equipment
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and prioritize multiple projects under deadline pressure

- Experience providing IS support within a legal or professional services environment
