Collaboration Microsoft 365 Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 tenant management and collaboration tools
• Design and deliver advanced collaboration solutions and lead workstreams in transformation programs
• Act as technical lead for various collaboration projects
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex incidents and troubleshooting for global operations
• Execute non-standard service requests and advanced operational tasks
• Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and operational manuals
• Collaborate with external partners such as Microsoft and Accenture
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions integration strategies for Microsoft 365 environments

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant management and services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Teams Telephony)
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 certifications
