Coldform Welder

Responsibilities

• Perform welding duties within the Coldform department
• Read and comprehend policy manuals, safety rules, and operating instructions
• Communicate information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
• Apply common sense to perform work instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
• Solve problems involving multiple variables in standard situations
• Meet production deadlines effectively

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of one year of related manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with basic measuring instruments and general mathematics
• Comfort and familiarity with power hand tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operation
• Experience with overhead crane operation
• Willingness to train and certify on forklift and overhead crane
