Responsibilities

• Provide warm service and irresistible food offerings in a welcoming environment
• Ensure customers are the center of attention and provide an empathetic experience
• Engage in daily dialogue with customers to obtain feedback and identify improvement ideas
• Comply with internal norms, policies, and daily operational routines regarding quality, food safety, and stock
• Support store operations to ensure compliance with Functional Commercial Review standards

Requirements

• Availability to work 3 to 4 days per week
• Wide availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales and food
• Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment
• Initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Potential to grow into a Team Leader role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in service environments, ideally in sales or hospitality
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
