Responsibilities

• Provide warm service and irresistible food offerings in a welcoming environment
• Ensure customers are the center of attention and provide empathetic service
• Engage in daily dialogue with customers to gather feedback and improve experiences
• Comply with internal norms, policies, and daily operational routines regarding food safety and quality
• Support store operations to meet functional commercial review standards

Requirements

• Ability to perform moderate to constant physical activities including lifting, moving materials, standing, and walking
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales and food
• Strong teamwork skills and a desire to learn and grow
• Initiative and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and organize individual tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in service environments, ideally in sales or hospitality
• Experience working in a dynamic environment
