Coiled Tubes Services Press Straightening Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform cage assembly and disassembly
• Repair and replace tool parts and simple machine components
• Carry out equipment diagnosis and control lubrication
• Change machine parts such as bearings or shafts
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of repairs
• Execute equipment set-up and rolls calibration according to specifications
• Operate rolling stands assembly and perform complex repairs in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong maintenance and mechanical skills
• Welding experience
• Experience operating a forklift
• Experience operating an overhead crane
• Ability to work on a rotating shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the ERW process
• Familiarity with the tubing industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
