Coiled Tubes Services Mill Spooling Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute spool setup and complete spooling pre-operation checklists
• Stage and load spools onto the foundation in coordination with the SUCH
• Perform spooling operations according to safety and quality standards
• Assist with machine lockouts, tagouts, and operative maintenance
• Perform mill changeovers and assist in equipment setups
• Update all relevant information in tracking systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating a forklift
• Experience operating an overhead crane
• Ability to work on a rotating shift, including overtime, holidays, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the ERW process
• Experience or familiarity within the tubing industry
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
