Coiled Tubes Services Auxiliary/Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform coiling of tubing and assist in the coiled tubes process following safety and quality standards
• Execute machine changeovers, setups, and general machinery operation
• Control pipe coiling in the spool and manage spool HPU positioning
• Identify and control key quality aspects of the product for final acceptance
• Apply inhibitors and perform material packaging installation
• Handle scrap evacuation, accessory installations, and material handling
• Assist with machine lockouts, tagouts, and operative maintenance
• Interpret job instructions and update information in tracking systems

Requirements

• Experience in heavy industrial environments or as a machine operator
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including days, nights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Inspection or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
