Coil Operator

Responsibilities

• Fabricate coils following technical guidance and process instructions to ensure high-quality production.
• Optimize manufacturing processes by identifying opportunities to reduce material waste and man-hours.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards by detecting and correcting unsafe acts or conditions.
• Maintain equipment and machinery through the application of autonomous maintenance (TPM) practices.
• Perform quality inspections on materials such as copper and cylinders, ensuring all digital self-inspection records are completed accurately.
• Support technical operations by resolving doubts and collaborating with design and quality departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria) or a technical degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret technical design information and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for digital reporting and documentation.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
