Coil Assembly Operator

Responsibilities

• Fabricate coils following technical guidance and process specifications to ensure high-quality production.
• Optimize manufacturing processes by identifying opportunities to reduce material waste and man-hours.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental standards, including the detection and correction of unsafe conditions.
• Perform autonomous maintenance (TPM) on tools, equipment, and machinery to prevent damage and ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain quality standards by conducting self-inspections and ensuring all materials meet required criteria.
• Support technical operations by participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (technical career preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret design blueprints and technical information.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Strong teamwork and analytical thinking skills.
