Responsibilities

• Perform expert barber rituals and hair cutting for men and women
• Execute beauty techniques including blow-drying, coloring, and balayage
• Promote and provide TOKIO INKARAMI exceptional treatments
• Optimize turnover through expert advice on BALMAIN HAIR COUTURE and TOKIO INKARAMI products
• Manage salon space, including stock monitoring, equipment maintenance, and hygiene protocols
• Provide personalized, high-end hair experiences in line with LQA and Palace standards
• Collaborate with the Spa team to ensure excellence in client experience

Requirements

• Trained in TOKIO INKARAMI protocols
• Operational proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
• Significant experience in luxury establishments
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous events while maintaining quality
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with international clientele
