Cognitive-Behavioral Emotional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychological care and crisis intervention to clients in Mexico and Central America.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions using Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) or systemic approaches.
• Manage short-term therapeutic experiences to help clients manage emotional well-being.
• Perform administrative tasks, including the accurate recording of clinical sessions in the institutional digital platform.
• Work the night shift (Monday-Saturday) at the Mexico City office.

Requirements

• Licenciatura en Psicología with professional title and cédula.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing CBT and/or systemic therapy (excluding internships or social service).
• Expertise in crisis intervention.
• Full availability to complete a paid one-month training period.
• High sense of punctuality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Experience providing therapy via telephone.
• Experience managing digital clinical records.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and excellent writing/spelling.
