Cognitive-Behavioral Emotional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychological care and evidence-based interventions to clients in Mexico and Central America.
• Utilize Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) or systemic approaches to help clients manage emotional well-being.
• Perform crisis intervention to ensure client safety and stability.
• Complete administrative tasks, including the accurate registration of clinical sessions within the institutional platform.
• Maintain professional standards of punctuality and formality in a clinical setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a valid professional license (título y cédula).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing CBT or systemic therapy (excluding internships or social service).
• Expertise in crisis intervention.
• Availability to attend a paid training period (approximately one month) with specific daytime and Saturday hours.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexico City (Colonia Nápoles) during the afternoon shift (15:00 to 23:00).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Experience providing therapy via telephone.
• Proficiency in managing digital clinical records.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening, excellent writing, and spelling.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and autonomous teamwork.
