Coffeeshop Staff Member

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude and a friendly smile
• Prepare coffee and snacks to high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and seating areas
• Handle cash register operations and receipt printing accurately
• Manage daily opening and closing procedures with care
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and handling

Requirements

• Experience in coffee shops, bakeries, or cafes is preferred, but career changers are welcome
• A passion for excellent customer service and sales
• Strong sense of responsibility regarding food safety and hygiene
• Good German language skills; English skills are a plus
• Ability to work shifts (Monday–Sunday, daytime between 06:30 and 20:00)
