Coffee Equipment Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations to troubleshoot and repair coffee equipment on site
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations
• Identify damage, mechanical defects, electrical failures, and water leaks
• Troubleshoot and repair damage or defects
• Maintain a log of all found issues
• Maintain part inventory levels in company-provided service vehicle
• Serve as the face of the company by providing a positive, professional demeanor and image
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• Proficiency with tools, machinery, electricity, and plumbing
• Valid and current US driver's license with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to carry and transport up to 60 lbs repetitively
• Ability to work in tight spaces and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer software experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Availability for on-call weekend work and extended shifts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous coffee industry or mechanical experience
• Ability to read schematics
