COE Environmental & Product Stewardship

Responsibilities

• Establish guidelines for the global Environmental Management System (EMS) across all operations.
• Lead product stewardship to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards for PVC resin and derivatives.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve environmental efficiency and reduce environmental indicators.
• Create and manage KPIs to evaluate the performance and environmental efficiency of global operations.
• Provide regulatory guidance on product design, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Manage data collection and verification, ensuring raw materials meet responsible sourcing standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Marketing, and HSE to ensure seamless compliance and sustainability integration.
• Develop training plans and provide technical guidance for HSE&S reporting platforms.
• Support the creation and implementation of audit plans to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field).
• At least 4 years of experience leading Environmental Management Systems and sustainability projects.
• Proven experience within the chemical industry.
• Experience developing and managing internal HSE audits and sustainable projects.
• Experience working within international chemical companies and managing diverse cultural environments.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Fluent).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with SAP or other project management tools.
