COE Cost Data Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Govern cost-related Master Data, including cost centers, hourly rates, internal orders, and budget uploading
• Validate and process daily requests and inquiries related to cost data
• Perform proactive quality assurance activities and generate reports
• Review cost center master data to identify issues and propose necessary changes
• Support cost center reporting, data uploading, and account reconciliation
• Maintain work centers, personnel assignments, and hourly rate accuracy
• Provide first-line support for SAP roles, authorizations, and GRC PC compliance
• Drive improvements in cost management processes and digital tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to adapt and respond to change in a dynamic environment
• Digital mindset with a focus on data integrity and gate-keeping
