Coding Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person, interactive coding sessions to students in designated labs
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences in programming, technology, and digital literacy
• Create an engaging and positive classroom environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking
• Support students throughout their learning journey by adapting teaching styles to individual needs
• Design fun and effective lesson plans for physical classroom sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring coding to children or young adults
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design engaging lesson plans for in-person instruction
• Patient and adaptable teaching style
