Code Assistant Expert

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote the use of Code Assistants (vibe coding, spec/test coding)
• Support the adoption of generative AI tools in development practices
• Contribute to the definition of AI/agentic architectures (MCP)
• Integrate solutions into existing environments (IDE, IDP, CDE)
• Provide technical expertise and design technical and operational needs
• Participate in Agile rituals and collaborate with the squad and PO

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer development
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment
• Hands-on experience with Code Assistant tools (GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, etc.)
• Knowledge of AI-oriented or code generation architectures
• Understanding of DevOps and Cloud environments
• Proficiency with REST APIs
• Knowledge of IDEs and developer platforms (IDE, IDP, CDE)
• Professional English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS/On-Premise hybridization
• Strong interest in generative AI innovation
• Experience with GitLab, Artifactory, ELK, Vault, or Ansible
