Cocoa Powder Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the P&L management of the cocoa powder portfolio to drive overall business contribution
• Drive innovation direction by identifying market potential and establishing growth roadmaps
• Define product portfolio architecture and establish strategic pricing and market strategies
• Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements to identify feature enhancements
• Optimize strategic planning and support gameplan direction for the cocoa business
• Execute strategic projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
