Cocktail Server

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in an upscale nightclub and Foundation Room environment
• Execute flawless bottle and wine service while maintaining high-end dining standards
• Anticipate guest needs and provide professional recommendations to enhance the dining experience
• Upsell menu items, liquors, and premium beverage options
• Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service and identifying intoxicated guests
• Ensure VIPs and Foundation Room members receive exceptional, personalized recognition

Requirements

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent state/county license)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in upscale dining and nightlife venues
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bottle service
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late-night hours
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a live music environment
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling
• Experience recognizing valid identification
