About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform field collection for assigned accounts to meet recovery objectives
- Meet established home visit quotas and productivity goals
- Negotiate payment alternatives with clients to reach solid agreements
- Create daily collection routes to optimize resources and efficiency
- Reintegrate clients into the active portfolio to enable future loan requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or partially completed degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, portfolio management, and field work
- Own vehicle or motorcycle in good condition
- Availability of time and knowledge of the Tepic geographic area and surroundings
