Coatings Inspector

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations
• Provide quality assurance for paint applications and verify surface suitability for painting
• Utilize electronic tools to check paint thickness, color, viscosity, and evaluate for corrosion
• Report all surface defects during the prep, primary coat, intermediate coat, and final finish stages
• Monitor all painting-related works to ensure final products meet company procedures and client requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial painting
