About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage coat check services and balance tickets issued to revenue
  • Serve as a resource for guests regarding their experience and event timing
  • Provide assistance to guests and communicate effectively with team members
  • Ensure guest safety by proactively removing hazards and safeguarding against theft
  • Maintain professional grooming standards and adhere to dress code policies
  • Attend pre-shift meetings conducted by the Manager on Duty

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a positive environment
  • Proven cash handling experience
  • Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a live music environment
  • Bi-lingual skills
