About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage coat check services and balance tickets issued to revenue
- Serve as a resource for guests regarding their experience and event timing
- Provide assistance to guests and communicate effectively with team members
- Ensure guest safety by proactively removing hazards and safeguarding against theft
- Maintain professional grooming standards and adhere to dress code policies
- Attend pre-shift meetings conducted by the Manager on Duty
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience in a positive environment
- Proven cash handling experience
- Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a live music environment
- Bi-lingual skills
